Embattled R & B Legend, R. Kelly may not be getting off his numerous allegeations anytime soon as victims continues to pour their hearts out on their horrifying experience with the talented singer as his songs increase Spotify streams following the famous documentary.
R Kelly, whose been accused by multiple women of s*xual misconduct and abuse has since dennied all allegations and went on to threaten legal lawsuit against Lifetime for the Docuseries .
His ex-wife, Andrea Kelly and others all featured in the documentary and they spoke about their ordeal.
In one of the series, a lady identified as Cunningham claimed that she saw Kelly “having s*x” with Aaliyah in a tour bus. But in a statement released to an Aaliyah fan account, Houghton says that Cunningham is a “liar” and denies ever knowing her.
The mother of the late singer also claimed that she and her husband were “always on tour” with the singer. She said;
“These lies and fabrications cannot be tolerated and allowed to be spewed from the forked tongues of saboteurs of Aaliyah’s legacy. My daughter only wanted to realize her dream of sharing her talent with the world, and give her all performing on stage, and in from top the camera for the fans she adored so much,” she said. “She realized that dream, thanks to those true fans who still love and support her legacy unconditionally to this day. Shame on all those involved in this project who thought it kosher to drag Aaliyah’s name into a situation that has nothing to do with her today. Once again, this will not be tolerated.
Sincerely, Diane Haughton’’ she said.
